MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A PROSPEROUS 2024

The Municipality of Ponte de Lima wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous 2024.
The contemporary art exhibition Art'In Lima, under the theme "Eternal Feminine", was opened from July to September, at the Chapel of Pereiras, the Centre for the Interpretation and Promotion of Vinho Verde, the Tower of the Old Prison and the Museum of Terceiros, and received around 16,300 visitors.
Art'In Lima is a commitment of the Municipality of Ponte de Lima to the promotion of Contemporary Art, in a symbiosis between the works of art and some of the most historical and emblematic buildings of the village of Ponte de Lima.
A total of 153 works were exhibited representing about 102 artists, from more than 20 nationalities, with artistic creations in the areas of painting, drawing, illustration, photography, sculpture, video and art installation.
The guest artist of this edition was Rita Sá Lima, painter and illustrator, who draws and paints essentially the woman and the self-portrait, following a very specific line she calls “blind drawing”.
